Connect the device with PC via RS232 cable.

1.open the below application.

2. Click right box :Upgrade

Then upgrade will begin

When the progress bar is in a similar position as shown in the picture below, please note that you are ready to press the reset button of the scanning gun in advance.

When you see the following line of red text pop up, quickly press Reset and the progress bar will continue. (If you do not press Reset, a prompt box will pop up indicating that the upgrade failed and the previous steps need to be reperformed.)

When you see the picture as below, it means upgrade successfully.
