For firmware above BS80_V3.00.027

This parameter set the time of the inter-keystroke delay for USB HID-KBW.It is programmable in 1ms.increment from 1ms to 100ms.

Example： Setting the time of the inter-keystroke delay as 50ms
1. Scan the Set Inter-Keystroke Delay
2. Scan the numeric barcodes “5” “0” from the “Digital Barcodes” in Appendix.
3. Scan the Save barcode from the “Save/Cancel Barcodes” in Appendix.
