Connect the device to the PC with standard USB cable to change the interface to RS485 interface

Or you can use config barcode to change the interface.

Config to RS485 interface

Connect the device to the cable RJ port. And connect the related pin cable to Green side port.

For RS485 port, use 1.GND 2.VCC 3.485- 4.485+

If you have RS485 to USB serial port transfer tool ,you can connect the related pin to the tool and then to have a test.

Then you can use Easyset to check the barcode scan result or use serial port tool to test.
