There are many ways to inquire device information of BS80/BS80-HC, 1 is to scan barcodes in Userguide; 2 is to Get Device Info via Nsync.

1.     Connecting your BS80/BS80-HC to your device via Bluetooth and scan the barcodes below. You’ll see the device information output in your textbox.

2.    Get Device Information via Nsync.

(1) Connecting your device via USB Cable to your PC, run Nsync and open your BS80/BS80-HC Ports.Remember to switch your BS80/BS80-HC to USB CDC Mode.(Hold the Function Button until it turns to red, and scan CDC barcode) If not, there may be no devices detected on Ports.

(2) Open your BS80/BS80-HC Ports and click Get Device Info.

The Device Information will be in Prompt Box.
