1.       Open device manager and find the existing USB Serial Port.

2.       Double click the COM port. Enter Port setting and click Advanced.

3.       Change the COM Port No. by selecting the COM Port No. that you required.

Need to avoid to assign the COM Port No. that had been used.

Then Click OK.

The COM Port had been changed to COM1 as following:
