Please make sure you had paired scanner / cradle, for example, scanner A and cradle A. And another router cradle for extending range, for example cradle B.

You may enable router function by two steps:

1. Switch router option on cradle B by following quick start guide.
2. Put scanner A on to cradle B and press "M" key on cradle B to add it as router to cradle A.

The maximum routers are 3 routers.
